Operational Technology & Automation Practice
SCADA, telemetry, monitoring and on-premises analytics, integrated at the supervisory tier within strict functional-safety boundaries.
Operational technology is the physical layer that runs, monitors and protects community infrastructure. We integrate control systems, telemetry and monitoring from different vendors into one supervisory estate, to ISA-95 segmentation and IEC 62443 practice, so operators see the whole and downtime falls. Nothing we build touches a safety-instrumented function.
What we build
SCADA, telemetry and remote-monitoring integration at the supervisory tier for water, energy and environmental sites, with ISA-95 segmentation and IEC 62443 practice. Nothing we build touches a safety-instrumented function.
Discuss a projectSupervisory Intelligence Within Defined Functional-Safety Boundaries
Our OT modernization engagements are deliberately restricted to the supervisory and monitoring tier (ISA-95 Level 2/3). The AI layer acts purely as an advisory tool for human operators; it never interferes with safety-critical control loops. We work within the functional-safety frameworks of IEC 61508 and IEC 61511, and we stay outside the safety instrumented system: we do not design, modify or rate safety instrumented functions at any SIL. Emergency shutdown and physical protection remain with the certified systems and the people responsible for them. We observe those boundaries; we do not certify them.
On-Premises Execution by Design
Running analytics on local, community-owned hardware is a fixed design principle. It delivers predictive capability, keeps data under community control, and keeps working when the network does not. The same principle runs through our telecommunications and data practices.
